This update backports a fix for a bug which could cause soundconverter to crash with a "ValueError: your selected folder should be in URI format." error.
It also backports a fix to make soundconverter work correctly with gstreamer 1.19.2. soundconverter should continue to work as normal with earlier versions of gstreamer as well.
