Patch: curl --max-time in seconds, not minutes
Timeout is supposed to be 15 minutes. Large files need enough time to be downloaded. Curl accepts seconds, not minutes. Fixes: #13 Relates: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/9821
