I'm able to display my system info with the latest update, though it doesn't say what GNOME version I'm running on like back on the previous 6.1.0-1 release. Before it would say "DE: GNOME 3.34.4" whereas now it's split into two sections "DE: GNOME" and "WM: Mutter", not sure if that's intentional (or for me to decide), but there's that.

@itrymybest80, added a bug report for upstream: https://github.com/dylanaraps/neofetch/issues/1424 And updated the Bugzilla with this information as well.
This update can be pushed to stable now if the maintainer wishes
