This release enables the capture values of recursive back references in repeated groups to be correctly backtracked. It enables repeating an assertion. It also introduces PCRE2_SUBSTITUTE_LITERAL, PCRE2_SUBSTITUTE_MATCHED, and PCRE2_SUBSTITUTE_REPLACEMENT_ONLY substition options, and "(?" and "(?<" as synonms for "(napla:" and "(naplb:" expressions. It enables Unicode casing without a UTF mode. Finally, PCRE2 conforms to Unicode 13.0.0 now.
