Works mostly, but when I duplicate a page (either by drag&drop or the new duplicate function) and try to save, message "empty PDF (page 1 (numbered from zero): object 3 0): duplicate page reference found; this would cause loss of data" appears. With PDF Arranger 1.3.1 this worked, probably because I used that with PyPDF2 rather than pikepdf.
I can confirm @norbertj's issue, thank you all for testing and reporting this! Working with upstream to fix it. Hopefully we will have a fix in a few days, stay tuned for further updates.

Works for me for basic stuff.
I see the same issue as @norbertj.
Can handle odd PDFs (pdflatex) and moving pages around works.
I consider this a go as the duplicating issue is not a breaker.
