This kernel worked like a charm on my hardware - AMD B550 Motherboard, AMD 3600x, 5700XT However not tested on Nvidia hardware due to it not being supported yet on 5.9.x

Working fine for me, been running for a few hours now.
The enabled Default and Performance tests pass fine. AMD 965, x86_64 work station, SSD's > RAID1.
Plasma DE from zawertun's COPR, X-server, nVidia GTX 650 (GK107) + nVidia RPM's from Negativo17 (455.38)

Looks ok for me. Works on baremetal (non UEFI mode) AMD Ryzen5 3600, Mainboard MSI B450M Mortar Max with prop. nvidia driver from rpmfusion.org (GTX980 card), VirtualBox 6.1.16 from Oracle and Gnome-Desktop. Regression test passed (paxtest, selinux-dac-controls and libhugetlbfs skipped).

This update has been pushed to testing.

For Nvidia users: Please note that Cuda is known to regress. The build error is silent and will not affect graphical desktop, but you won't be able to run any cuda enabled application.

As documented in a couple of places this breaks bluetooth for me, the adapter is detected fine but unusable and bluetoothctl devices returns no device, rolling back to 5.8.18 returns normal use of bluetooth
