This update provides recent git snapshots of both openQA and os-autoinst. It also tweaks the behaviour of the job restart plugin to no longer except FreeIPA-related jobs from being auto-restarted (as we now have sufficient capacity for this, and openQA should handle it correctly) and to auto-restart incomplete jobs (to try and mitigate the effects of an upstream bug causing jobs to fail incomplete due to scheduling issues).
