Giving negative karma so this doesn't go to stable, 1.46.0-2.fc32 should supersede the build in this update.
For the record: 1.46.0 breaks compilation of doctests in release+LTO mode (which is the default for RPM builds).
Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.

@decathorpe - we don't enable Rust LTO by default in Fedora builds yet. In rust-bodhi where you reported the problem, LTO is explicitly enabled in its Cargo.toml.
I could compile code with it :)
It would be nice to see this pushed to stable now.
