confirming @bcl 's findings, this breaks anaconda, cannot go stable.
I couldn't boot with this kernel update. Had to boot back with 5.8.7-300
unpushing this to make sure we don't accidentally wind up with the partprobe issue in stable. A later 5.8.9 update is also in testing.

oh, grr, except this has kernel-headers and kernel-tools and the 5.8.9 update doesn't. what to do...
