This updates provides new builds of openQA and os-autoinst, plus updated versions of various of their dependencies. The updates are mostly backwards-compatible. perl-Minion-Backend-SQLite is a major version bump due to the change "Changed reset method to require options for what to reset and allow for locks to be reset without resetting the whole queue." There doesn't seem to be anything besides openQA that depends on this. A notable change in Mojolicious is "Removed deprecated argument handling from Mojo::Promise::new"; nothing packaged in Fedora is affected by this.
