This update provides recent snapshots of openQA and os-autoinst. It also includes a newer minor release of Mojolicious (as openQA now requires 8.24 or later), a new major release of Minion (as openQA now requires 10.0 or higher), and a new major release of the openQA Python client library.

Despite the major release versioning, there are not really a lot of changes in the new Minion: the change that justifies the major release bump is the dropping of support for migration from Minion 7.01 or earlier, which should not be a problem for any Fedora usage as we updated past 7.01 long ago. See the upstream Minion changelog for more details.

The Mojolicious update similarly should not cause any problems. A deprecated method was dropped in 8.26, but it seems likely this was not used by anything. Again, see the upstream changelog for details.

openQA and os-autoinst have mainly seen bug fixes, refactoring and efficiency improvements, but there are also some features, notably including a built-in video player in the web UI which provides timestamps over the video frames. The Python client library's constants are updated to reflect changes to the constants in openQA itself (the Python library constants are intended to shadow the upstream constants as a convenience). Notably, JOB_INCOMPLETE_RESULTS is removed.

This version is now deployed on the Fedora staging instance. As usual we will run it there for some time, and if it works well we will push this update stable and update the production instance.
