This package with kernel 5.4.14-200.fc31.x86_64 uses 90% of CPU for systemd-journald process:

Besides that, audio input device is available, but arecord doesn't record anything

Installed the update and reboot. Audio plays front, back and over display port (monitor) with normal CPU usage. Tested with "00:1f.3 Audio device: Intel Corporation 200 Series PCH HD Audio" & "01:00.1 Audio device: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Ellesmere HDMI Audio [Radeon RX 470/480 / 570/580/590]" on 5.5.8-200.fc31.x86_64.

Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
