It is a Gnome thing. On my PC this extension is installed. So in my mind upgrading should be enough. (No need to install it first) But that is not true. I first must install and after that update. And now it is not clear what it does on my PC. I guess it does work.
Sure. This update in updates-testing repo which supposed to go after QA to updates repo. And if you already installed this package you will receive update automatically. But if you want to test this package you need to install it first and then update via this command in Bodhi. Or you can install it via bodhi CLI tool, or manually from Koji.
Being a Gnome thing it could be necessary to use tweaks or whatever.
You need gnome-tweaks to enable it or even better you need new gnome-extensions-app. You can also enable it in CLI via gnome-extensions.
