slurm-18.08.7-3.fc29

FEDORA-2019-f0627c2ede created by pkfed 4 years ago for Fedora 29

Removed problematic pmi environment module which was used to arbitrate between the pmix and slurm implementations of libpmi/pmi2. The module forces the user to select the desired pmi through module load calls, but this must be done throughout the slurm-managed cluster and is more trouble than it's worth. Since the pmix pmi/pmi2 implementation is faster than slurm's via its use of backward compatibility into libpmix, the pmix implementation will be installed normally (headers and libraries) and the slurm implementation of pmi/pmi2 will not be installed. This also allows for openmpi to support pmi under slurm directly via --with-pmi=/usr now that both slurm and openmpi are finally using the external pmix (>= fc30).
