After this update i got a lot of issues that applications couldn't find *.svg

This is not this update for shared-mime-info but the previous one. Please make sure you are testing 1.13.1 not 1.13
All svg has disappeared example: gnome-terminal

@leigh123linux Just look at the comment above. You don't have this update (1.13.1-1) but the previous one (1.13-1). Also, mind your language. Updates-testing is to test updates and detect breakages like this one. If you don't want to participate, you don't have to.

Ok, this update fixes the previous mess. Can you explain why 1.13.0 was ever pushed?, you would have to be completely blind not to notice the missing svg icons everywhere!
shared-mime-info-1.13.1-1.fc31 fixes previously mentined problems with shared-mime-info-1.13-1.fc31. LGTM.
