Bump to upstream version 36, which offers several bugfixes and improvements, including allowing Freon to better recover if underlying sensors software crashes, and updating for latest support for NVME SmartCtl.

Upon updating to this version in Fedora 29, the extension no longer works. The journal shows: gnome-shell[2892]: Extension "freon@UshakovVasilii_Github.yahoo.com" had error: TypeError: GObject.registerClass() used with invalid base class (is PanelMenuButton). Version 35 functions as expected in F29.

Pushing Freon version 36 to F29 was a mistake. As far as I can tell package version numbers aren't allowed to move backward, and it's too late to "unpush" v36 to F29. So I guess I'll need to add an Epoch to the package?
Sorry everyone, the fix is in Bodhi now. I'll be more careful from now on.
