A rebuild of Merkaartor against the latest GDAL in Fedora 29 updates (GDAL 2.3.2). This fixes the runtime linker error (undefined symbol: _ZN10OGRFeature16GetFieldAsStringEi) on startup and thus makes Merkaartor work again.
