Getting this error when trying to update

Problem 1: cannot install the best update candidate for package gimp-2:2.10.8-5.fc29.x86_64
- nothing provides gegl04(x86-64) >= 0.4.14 needed by gimp-2:2.10.10-1.fc29.x86_64
Problem 2: package gimp-lqr-plugin-0.7.2-11.fc29.x86_64 requires gimp(x86-64) >= 2.4, but none of the providers can be installed
- package gimp-2:2.10.8-5.fc29.x86_64 requires gimp-libs(x86-64) = 2:2.10.8-5.fc29, but none of the providers can be installed
- package gimp-2:2.10.6-2.fc29.x86_64 requires gimp-libs(x86-64) = 2:2.10.6-2.fc29, but none of the providers can be installed
