This is a major update for gcl, involving many code changes and also the dropping of the need for an SELinux policy. Maxima built with it, which is a good sign, but please test this gcl update carefully to see if anything you rely on broke. Essentially, this moves gcl from the upstream 2.6.12 release to the code in Debian's 2.6.13pre84 package.
