This release supports callouts from pcre2_substitute(). This release adds PCRE2_EXTRA_ESCAPED_CR_IS_LF, PCRE2_EXTRA_ALT_BSUX, and PCRE2_COPY_MATCHED_SUBJECT matching options. This release implements alphabetic names for atomic groups and lookaround assertions, and Perl script runs. It also allows non-ASCII characters in capture group names if PCRE2_UTF option is set.
