works for me
this update seems to be buggy for input fields. GNOME Terminal, GNOME Shell, etc. aren't accepting text input anymore.
Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
After a while keyboard input in gnome-shell, terminator, gedit, ... stops working. Input is still working in e.g. Firefox, so the keyboard itself should be fine.
I noticed a log of these error messages: gnome-shell[1912]: Error processing key on IM: Zeitüberschreitung wurde erreicht
Works great! LGTM! =)
same here as flexo30001 and anonymous, keyboard input (in most applications) simply stops working after a while. killing the ibus-daemon process and gnome-shell seems to work.
I stand corrected. After certain amount of time input in Gnome Shell under Xorg starts having inexplicable lags. This includes both mouse and keyboard lags. The lag doesn't manifest itself untill after some time and is occasional, but persistent.
Characters repeating on T450s in Gnome here.
This update has been obsoleted.
Now the problem with the keyboard hit me as well…
I cannot reproduce your problem in both Xorg and Wayland.
Could you describe how to reproduce your problem by step?
@fujiwara: Set your keyboard layout to 'US' or 'German (no dead keys)' and have your system running for about 18 hours, maybe keep some GTK3 (chromium, evolution, gnome-terminal) and GTK2 (hexchat) apps running. I hit the bug at the Gnome unlock screen then.
I can confirm gnome-shell input stops working after some time. It happened to me once at a lock screen (just went for a coffee and back), and once after system resume after unlocking the screen.
Eh, should have been a -1 karma

Works fine on Xorg and Gnome session
Didn't notice any problems yet with the latest build.
new build seems to work fine, no problems noted for some days.
Works
Fixes the key stuck/key repeating/keyboard non-responsive issue for me.
