Backported upstream fixes:

api.c: change cgroup of every thread of a process
api.c: fix infinite loop
api.c: fix potential buffer overflow
api.c: Show warning when tasks file can not be opened
api.c: Fix level of failed user/group lookup warnings
Increase maximal size of controller values
