Maintainer Update
I do now consider Spider storage engine ready to use in Fedora, as I was finally able to run its testsuite successfully
Upstream Warning
Upgrading from earlier 10.2.x versions is highly recommended for all Galera users due to bug MDEV-12837 which caused serious stability issues with earlier versions. See the bug issue page for more information.
Updates may require up to 24 hours to propagate to mirrors. If the following command doesn't work, please retry later:
sudo dnf upgrade --refresh --advisory=FEDORA-2018-dd7f4bd9d5

no regressions noted
Binary package work fine but: I have 2 problems when manually, rebuild package: 1) Installed (but unpackaged) file(s) found: /etc/my.cnf.d/aws_key_management.cnf Fixed by adding %exclude macro 2) CMake Error: The following variables are used in this project, but they are set to NOTFOUND. Please set them or make sure they are set and tested correctly in the CMake files: LZ4_LIBS linked by target "libgroonga" in directory /home/pawel/rpmbuild/BUILD/mariadb-10.2.14/storage/mroonga/vendor/groonga/lib
Fixed by remove lz4-devel ( probably conflicts with bundled version of lz4 )
works for me

Thanks for the feedback @anonymous.
I filed a bug for that: #1563282, so I'd remember to fix that for the next version.
