I tested a kubeadm cluster. Worked.
Successfully ran the sanity atomic-host-tests against a custom tree with this build included.
This update has been pushed to testing.

Origin(oc cluster up) is fixed.
Issues with cpu-shares no longer occur with minimum reproducibledocker run --cpu-shares 2 --rm -ti fedora:28 date returning with no problems.
docker run --cpu-shares 2 --rm -ti fedora:28 date
oc cluster up works with no issues.
