Works for me, updated about 10 hours ago no issues found. Have since updated kf5-kio.
works for me
Quitting systemsettings5 with Ctrl+Q results in this error message:
The key sequence 'Ctrl+Q' is ambiguous. Use 'Configure Shortcuts'
from the 'Settings' menu to solve the ambiguity.
No action will be triggered.
Probably a regression from 5.11 (but couldn't confirm).
Another systemsettings5 regression: preview icons of frequently used kcms are blank.
Plasma Wayland session fails (returns to gdm immediately).
Mar 05 21:00:27 giskard /usr/libexec/gdm-wayland-session: startplasmacompositor: Starting up...
Mar 05 21:00:27 giskard /usr/libexec/gdm-wayland-session: startplasmacompositor: Could not start D-Bus. Can you call qdbus?
1) This is not a regression, I had the same problem with plasma 5.11 on F17
2) The Gnome Shell session uses Wayland without issues.
Seems to be working fine on x86_64 with Xorg
...and a proprietary 384.111 NVidia driver :)

Works for me.
No regressions noted.
Getting the same issue as bernie. Blank system settings icons in Sidebar View mode.
Looks good to me.
I am getting a bunch of messages in journalctl after updating. I use the Icons-only Task Manager, which seems to trigger a lot of messages similar to these:
Mar 08 20:20:24 comp-fedora01 plasmashell: file:///usr/share/plasma/plasmoids/org.kde.plasma.taskmanager/contents/ui/Task.qml:334: Unable to assign [undefined] to int
These messages appear when you mouse over the icons in the task manager.
Numerous other QML related errors also appear in journalctl that didn't before. Kicker will trigger some messages as well.
