Suddenly seeing High CPU load, too. Downgrading doesn't help, so I maybe it is something external. Opening the "options" in Libreoffice helps. Others see it too: https://www.spinics.net/linux/fedora/fedora-users/msg480321.html
Seconding the high CPU load issue, opened a bug about this https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1534149 It seems to be an issue not connected to this updated here.
Yes I also noticed an excessive use of the CPU after the update of Libreoffice
