This release fixes a global search/replace in pcre2test tool and pcre2_substitute() function when the pattern matches an empty string but never at the starting offset, a checking that a lookbehind assertion has a fixed length if the lookbehind assertion is used inside a lookahead assertio, and parsing VERSION conditions.
