I've worked around the issue noted by @bluepencil by manually installing the revised RPMFusion package that was conflicting. It has yet to make it to their updates.

Per the conflict, would be nice if this package included (something like)
Conflicts: gstreamer1-plugins-ugly < 1.12.4-2
to make it explicit, and not fail later with a transaction error.
