I haven't used origin all that much, but this build does not seem to be supporting --public-hostname correctly. When I "oc cluster up --public-hostname=x.x.x.x" I get "Error: failed to start the web console server: timed out waiting for the condition " However, the console does seem to be running at that location.
Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.

@langdon could you take a look at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1585735 it might be the issue that you are hitting If your issue still persist please open BZ with logs attached.
As there is positive karma and with workaround for the BZ ^^ it works for me, pushing to batched.
Meant I will push it to batched. If there will be no new negative karma.
This update has reached 7 days in testing and can be pushed to stable now if the maintainer wishes
