Updated my Fedora 28 VM with these packages and everything seems to be fine. Reboot was successful, no SELinux denials, no SELinux errors in journal or dmesg. Following utilities seem to work as expected: sepolicy, semanage, sestatus, semodule, getsebool, restorecon.
