Steps to Reproduce: 1. Launch application as sudo user for the first time. 2. In Edit | Preferences | Languages, check English and Finnish. 3. Check only System | Localisations
Actual results: Errors still occur as sudo user (Attachment: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/attachment.cgi?id=1406404&action=edit). Once cleaning task is tested as root user, it is accomplished without errors. When a cleaning task as sudo user is run after that a cleaning task has been run as root user, errors no more occurred.
I realised, task accomplished as root removed as well language support for Finnish, which was not intended to occur. Though format support related to language remained not cleaned as expected. While Finnish is selected both as language and format, language is actually English and format Finnish. Tested in Gnome v3.26.2.
