As the changes affect password changes, please test that password changes work for you. Simple testing with passwd command should be fine.

@besser82, Why are you changing pam so much in a stable fedora release? I think these kinds of changes belong to rawhide, not stable Fedora.

@pwalter, Some users want to have support for stronger passphrase hashing methods like yescrypt, which are already well tested and supported by libxcrypt. For this reason pam needs support in its configuration options for them.
