fedpkg switch-branch does not work for me: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1484062

Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.

The update for rpkg breaks rhpkg container-build, with rhpkg-1.32-4.fc26eng.noarch:

$ rhpkg container-build --scratch
Deprecation warning: kojiconfig is deprecated. Instead, kojiprofile should be used.
Could not execute container_build_koji: No option 'kojiprofile' in section: 'rhpkg'

Adding kojiprofile to rhpkg configuration does not help:

$ rhpkg container-build --scratch
Deprecation warning: kojiconfig is deprecated. Instead, kojiprofile should be used.
Could not execute container_build_koji: local variable 'kojiconfig' referenced before assignment

It seems that the phased approach for switching from kojiconfig to kojiprofile mentioned in the PR does not work.
