This update reverts ImageMagick to major release 6: see FESCo ticket #1766 for the details on this. Quickly, we decided that including ImageMagick 7 in Fedora 27 would be too disruptive a change and that it must ship ImageMagick 6.
The update includes rebuilds of (I hope) all dependencies which were rebuilt to ImageMagick 7.
This update incorporates a version bump for vips, with the following changes:
VIPS_WARNING environment variable to hide warning messages
Updates may require up to 24 hours to propagate to mirrors. If the following command doesn't work, please retry later:
