Windows 7 VMs still freezening with kernels 4.13.*

Looks good. No more screen flicker with qxl+spice VM (under Wayland).
No new regressions. Screen flicker guest VMs using QXL are fixed.
no longer automatically installs network folders
i guess nobody knows what "no longer automatically installs network folders" means and how "network folders" are related to the kernel at all
