This update brings the following changes:

Improve performance of GIF animations.
Fix garbled display in GMail.
Fix rendering of several material design icons when using the web font.
Fix flickering when resizing the window in Wayland.
Prevent default kerberos authentication credentials from being used in ephemeral sessions.
Fix a crash when webkit_web_resource_get_data() is cancelled.
Correctly handle touchmove and touchend events in WebKitWebView.
Fix the build with enchant 2.1.1.
Fix the build in HPPA and Alpha.
Fix several crashes and rendering issues.

This update brings the following changes:

Initial WebDriver support.
New remote inspector infrastructure.
WebCrypto API support is now enabled by default.
GStreamerGL is enabled by default when building with GStreamer >= 1.10.
Kinetic scrolling support.
New API to create a WebKitContextMenuItem from a GAction.
New API to allow overriding the popup menu of select elements.

This update has been submitted for testing by tpopela.

This update has obsoleted webkitgtk4-2.18.0-1.fc25, and has inherited its bugs and notes.

This update has been pushed to testing.
