I've installed this update on my server. Thanks for renaming the systemd timer! I'm still observing the problem where it wants to upgrade even after it's already been upgrading. As you requested, I will go and file a new issue about that problem with logs.
I also noticed that the upgrade message in the web browser says to use sudo -u apache php /usr/share/nextcloud/occ upgrade to apply the upgrade, which is a path that doesn't exist. It should probably s/nextcloud/owncloud/.
As I reported in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1429572 using occ to do the database migrations seems to have solved my problem. I've now run my server for about a day with no issues. Thanks!
