This update provides minor bug fixes for relval and python-wikitcms. It prevents relval report-results from unnecessarily asking again if the compose for which results are being submitted is a Modular compose, on some workflows. It also prevents a (harmless) mwclient warning message sometimes being printed when a page is being edited by python-wikitcms.
