This kernel does not fix #1415339 (Problem with realtek driver).

Passed kernel regression test on x86_64 machine

Yeah, I'm also seeing the shutdown problem on a desktop i3 with bios. But not a regression with 4.9.6 for me. Looks to me, like fixing a similar issue with 4.9 broke other machines, as mine worked fine with 4.8: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=187061

the error ----> [ 3.852338] tpm_crb MSFT0101:00: can't request region for resource [mem 0xfed40080-0xfed40fff]

stills persists on the kernel. The brightness keys function are now disabled too. Machine : Asus UX303UA
