First update in years. (Previous package maintainer had disappeared.)

This is two GNOME Shell extensions in subpackages, because the upstream tracks them both in a single git repository. Upstream changes since the last package update include:

updates to keep up with changes to the GNOME Shell API (from relatively early in the GNOME 3.x life cycle)
additional translations
various bug fixes
