This is a rebase to latest upstream version (mtr-0.87).
I've also fixed pkexec wrapper script that prevented running mtr-gtk via desktop file from gnome-shell (for details see commit message).
Second issue that is "semi" fixed in this update is running mtr-gtk on wayland. Previously it didn't work at all. Now we print error message explaining situation and pointing user to wiki page that has all details and possible workaround. X users are not affected by this issue.

Ok, I screwed up. I released update build from github release instead of from dist tarball. I will rebuild and edit this update.
Ok so problem is not release from github but the fact that I changed %prep to use %autosetup -S git_am. So unpacked sources are put into git repo first and then patches are applied via git-am. mtr build system will then put git hash to version string. This is undesirable.
As a quick fix I will use %setup + %autopatch instead.
