Some kind of graphics glitch, some times when I e.g. type on Firefox addressbar the font does not show correctly. This does not happen every time. I was using nvidia binary driver from rpmfusion but on this test kernel looks like I'm fallen back to nouveau.
Quick look on dmesg shows:
[ 9.459034] nouveau 0000:01:00.0: bus: MMIO read of 00000000 FAULT at 122124 [ IBUS ]
Dunno if that matters.
No new regressions on Thinkpad X250. I've also had very sporadic failures to suspend with the 4.14 series, but it's not specific to this version - started with 4.14.3-300.fc27.

Ok, this kernel fixes my onboard-sound system problem, mentioned here. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/kernel-4.14.5-300.fc27#comment-708993 No, need to disable snd_hda_intel.power_save via kernel command line. Thanks And please do the same for f26.
Works for me.. Regression tests pass OK.

@ nvidia user For 4.14.x kernel you need to update to latest releases from rpmfusion-nonfree-updates-testing, which have support for kernel-4.14.x . http://koji.rpmfusion.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=5723 or http://koji.rpmfusion.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=5720 or http://koji.rpmfusion.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=5543
