Update to Veusz 1.27. Fixes dataset reload bug with Python 3 and errors in image colors and transparency. The update also improves the FITS import dialog box and fixes a half-pixel offset with FITS file images. This version writes custom definitions in saved files after data import statements, fixing a bug where the file was invalid if the definitions depended on the data.
