Yeah, with downgrade soundtouch to
soundtouch-1.4.0-13.fc23
Audacity works well, so should audacity rebuild with the new version of soundtouch? or the issue is with soundtouch so it should be fixed in its?
I was thinking that it was soundtouch's fault, but reading about it in fedoraforums it appears that they switched from floats to doubles internally, and that sounds like a good idea, so audacity should probably be recompiled with the new version of soundtouch.

This causes Audacity to fail with the error:
audacity: symbol lookup error: audacity: undefined symbol: _ZN10soundtouch10SoundTouch14setTempoChangeEf
Running
sudo dnf downgrade soundtouch
fixes the issue, so it is this update that causes the issue.Yeah, with downgrade soundtouch to soundtouch-1.4.0-13.fc23 Audacity works well, so should audacity rebuild with the new version of soundtouch? or the issue is with soundtouch so it should be fixed in its?
