Submitted bug report here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1317179 After updating to kernel-4.4.4-301.fc23.x86_64 system hangs during boot. Reverting to 4.4.3-300.fc23.x86_64 allows me back into the system.
