This is actually completely broken, it suffers from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1315494 . I suspect testers tested by updating live images with the new anaconda, which may work around that bug. However, anaconda fails to run in any of today's F24 compose images due to that bug.
