This release makes sure perl-Errno package matches perl-libs package to prevent from spurious errors about mismatching kernel version when using Errno module.
This release fixes crashes in evalbytes, splice, chdir, regular expression matching, parsing interpreter options. It also fixes a memory corruption in Perl_gv_fetchmethod_pvn_flags, regular expression mismatch with some UTF-8 strings and an infinite loop in h2xs tool.
