This release provides missing Net::Cmd::timeout() method. It corrects hang in IPv6 connections. It allows to debug SASL messages and it adapts tests to new test frame work.

This upgrade breaks simple FTP upload on Fedora24 for me. Downgrading to 3.08 fix the problem.
