I'm seeing significant screen rendering artefacts that weren't present prior to this update, e.g. if I scroll quickly through screens full of dense text, random parts of the screen flicker. If I move between tabs in Firefox, sometimes random squares of the previously rendered tab are superimposed on top of the page I'm now viewing, etc.
The rendering artefacts I was seeing previously in testing are gone. Not sure if it was interaction with something else that's been upgraded since (many packages have been), but it seems to be a moot concern now.

Is KDE Frameworks 5.18.0 officially released? It is not visible on http://www.kde.org nor is it available on the download server at http://download.kde.org/stable/frameworks/
Are we starting to put up packages for testing even before they become official or are released?
