This has the wrong bug lined to it.
This fixes 1332266 and not 1206936.
The former is the systemd bug about logind not validating resume= and has the Freezer Exception, the latter is the anaconda bug to actually put resume= correctly in place.

Fix for 1333998 works. Other behaviour is no worse than -7 for me (I have some SELinux denials on login, but they happen with -7 as well).
